A multinational industry is seeking a HRBP to collaborate with employees and management in effectively communicating and implementing Human Resources policies and procedures. The role focuses on ensuring alignment with company standards and fostering a positive work environment through strategic HR support.
Principais responsabilidades:
- Provides support and guidance to managers in addressing employee relations concerns and identifying performance improvement opportunities, promoting a proactive approach to meet the needs of associates;
- Oversees staffing processes at all organizational levels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and talent needs;
- Manages and maintains the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and timekeeping systems to ensure accurate records;
- Develops and delivers training programs for employees, including onboarding, benefits education, and professional development for hourly associates;
- Analyzes HR metrics and data, offering insights and recommendations to management for corrective actions and ongoing improvements;
- Investigates and resolves employee relations issues, including handling complaints and allegations of harassment, ensuring a fair and compliant process.
Requisitos:
- Fluent English;
- Availability to short business travels;
- Demonstrated experience working within matrix organizations, effectively managing cross-functional relationships and communication;
- Coach associates and management through complex, emotional issues, using independent judgment to recommend effective solutions that comply with company standards, policies, and legal regulations;
- Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage documentation accurately.
