About the position

Fast-growing multinational Company, leader in the financial services sector, searches for a professional who will act as the representative of the Payment Acceptance Global Product Domain, accountable for setting the strategic direction and priority of the global domain as a whole, based on broader business goals and resources.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sets the strategic direction and priority of the domain based on broader business goals and resources;
  • Generates a strategic and evolutionary vision for the products to drive value to the organization businesses, clients and users;
  • Responsible for preserving organization culture, Ways of Working (WOW) and promote continuous improvement of the global domain;
  • Designing a strategy driven by product metrics and agile metrics;
  • Directing, engaging, developing and managing the performance of a multi-cultured and geographic distributed direct team of senior leaders such as Team Leaders and key staff;
  • Performing global financial and business management to ensure balance between revenue growth and costs;
  • Establish strategies and direct the activities necessary to attract, hire, develop, evaluate, reward and retain staff. 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the payments industry (FinTech, Card Brands, Issuers, PayFacs, Acquirers, Gateways and similar) and managing trends, regulatory considerations, and compliance;
  • Excellent understanding of distributed software delivery, utilizing agile frameworks to design and lead the implementation of solutions to improve customer satisfaction, always maintaining a focus on quality and resilience;
  • Knowledge of the principles and practices for designing product development strategy, including skills for product development and vendor negotiations.
